About Libergraphica
Latin libertas (freedom) and Greek graphikos (writing/drawing)
Latin patricius (having a noble father) from pater, patr- (father)
Libergraphica is about my two primary passions in life: freedom (as exemplified by Western liberal democracy) and visual communication. By trade, I am a graphic designer/production artist and design educator. I am also a student.
Sometime after 9/11 I awoke to discover just how amazing, just, generous, decent, and exceptional my nation is. I am as astonished with my own ignorance before that fateful day as I am by those, here and abroad, who passionately hate and excoriate the United States today. I fervently support their right to think and speak as they please, but it is truly disheartening. Also discouraging in our modern era is the utter deterioration in American standards of morality, culture, and respect for self and country. This is why I gravitate to conservative principles.
Libergraphica is concerned with design, art, politics, and culture in modern times.
If you are interested in design/graphics relating to conservatism/liberty (for non-profit use), please let me know and, time allowing, I will do it pro bono.
